This makes no sense to me.
Change is inevitable, it is one of life's certanties, things will change.
Don't fear change, embrace it, work with it.
Whether it is a positive or negative change depends on you and how you can influence it, if you can even influence it at all.
I wonder what kind of spray paint they used?

Found: Haymarket, Edinburgh.

Dark autumn nights in the cool, crisp air.
Beautiful and serene.
A time to find peace from the hustle and bustle of the city in the day.
A time to find space for the mind to reflect and regroup.
A time for the body to relax and release tension.
Take a deep cleansing breath and let go.

The dark nights can't come soon enough. I've missed the moody evening light and long walks in the crisp coolness of the autumn air.

One of the hardest days of my life was last month when I said goodbye to my beautiful wee man Spanner. I gave him a huge loving hug from everyone as he fell asleep in my arms. Our hearts are aching but it is reassuring to know that he is no longer in pain and was loved by so many!

I will always love you my little furbaby. xx

Late night walk lights. I love the city centre in the dark, it's a visual feast.
