sponsor spotlight : paper play & fabric crafts

emma lamb

Today I want to give a wee shout out to two of my lovely sponsors. If collaged art and all things papery get your creative juices flowing then you need to know more about Stephanie Levy's latest e-course and if your looking for some really cute diy projects then Lovelui has a few I think you will love!

sponsor spotlight : 30 Days of Collage with Stephanie Levy | Emma Lamb

Stephanie Levy's latest e-course is her very popular 30 Days of Collage which starts today and will be the only she will be teaching this year. The course includes twenty step-by-step tutorials showing you how to create your own unique pieces of collage art...

"We'll learn unique surface design techniques, how to make your own patterned papers by hand, and I include an array of prompts and ideas for collecting materials and how to incorporate them into your work." well as exclusive interviews from ten collage artists from around the world and access to the whole creative community in a "supportive and encouraging" private community forum. Hop on over to the 30 Days of Collage page for full details of the course and how to book your place.

sponsor spotlight : scrap-booking printables from Lovelui | Emma Lamb

Last time I talked about Lovelui I showed you Marthes fabulous mustachioed men but today I want to show you a few of her super cute diy projects (she also has a 'printables' section if you're looking for yet more papery goodness).

Pictured above are three of my favourites from the Patterns and Kits section - First is a really beautiful DIY Embroidered Button Project where you can buy variations of the kit (printed fabric panel alone or with buttons blanks) to create these gorgeous buttons yourself. Second is these super sweet thread organisers that comes in printable form for you to make as many as you need. Very handy-dandy! And last but not least are these gorgeous hand stitched Little Fabric Envelopes. It was love at first sight when I spotted these! The PDF pattern is perfect for beginners as it requires very basic stitching but the results are fabulous especially if you have a stash of Liberty fabrics waiting in the wings. A wee bit of Liberty fabric makes everything fabulous!

Happy crafting my blog buddies!
Emma, x
